Second Chance offers tailored job training programs in a variety of high-demand careers. We assess each participant’s unique skills, interests, and goals to match them with the best prospective fit. Whether it’s in technology, cyber security, helpdesk, or customer service, we are dedicated to providing our participants with the skills necessary to succeed.

In addition to job-specific training, our program also focuses on building essential life skills. This includes financial literacy, stress management, time management, and conflict resolution, among others.

We understand that hardships can leave emotional scars. That’s why we offer one-on-one counseling services with professional therapists, providing emotional support and guidance through this transition phase.

We partner with career counselors and employment agencies to work one-on-one with each participant, helping to build effective resumes, prepare for interviews, and connect with potential employers. Our growing network of employer partners is committed to offering opportunities to Second Chance graduates.
